We built a 9-agent AI support system on LangFlow, powered by Azure OpenAI and LightRAG — giving Kastle's teams a single conversational interface that captures and serves knowledge across all product domains.
How It Works:
A Master Router Agent receives every incoming query, classifies intent, and routes via intelligent decision logic to one of 8 specialised domain agents — each trained exclusively on verified documentation for its domain. For cross-domain queries, agents execute in parallel and results are synthesised into a single coherent response.
