Personal Information under the applicable laws.

Our commitment: We will ensure on a reasonable commercial efforts basis that any third parties and agents employed by us for the purposes of the App
are under an obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information provided by Users,

This software application is based product is maintained and serviced by Chapter Apps, Inc., having its registered office at

Company collects from the user(s) ("User(s)" and/or "You") of the App and/or the services on the App.

measures to protect your password from being exposed or disclosed to any third parties.
Your usage behaviour on the App — including time spent on various features, course completions,
assessment results, and learning progress.
Details of the computer system or computer network which you use to visit the App and undertake any
activity on the App, including device type, browser information, and IP address.
Please note: Information which — either individually or in combination with other information — is not capable of identifying you, will not qualify as
Personal Information under the applicable laws.
We may also collect information to track user behaviour and preferences for internal analytics from all Users of the App. This information is collected through the use of server log files and tracking technologies, and may include cookies and web beacons.
If you do not consent to the use of cookies and/or web beacons on the App, you may disable or delete the same. However, if you choose to disable cookies
and/or web beacons, we may be unable to make available some or all of the services on the App to you.

Provide, maintain, and improve the Chapter Training LMS platform and its features.
Personalise your learning experience through AI-driven course recommendations and adaptive learning
journeys.
Track usage behaviour and preferences for internal analytics to better understand and predict learner
behaviour.
Combine your usage behaviour with information collected from other Users using our App to provide you
with a better experience on our platform.
Send you relevant communications about platform updates, new features, training reminders, and
account-related notifications.
You understand, agree, and acknowledge that our collection, storage, and processing of your Personal Information is for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of the Company. You further acknowledge that your Personal Information is considered necessary for the Company to provide various
services on its App to you.

You hereby consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information including Sensitive Personal Data or Information — by the Company for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
You hereby agree and acknowledge that the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information by the Company under the terms of this Privacy Policy is for a lawful purpose and is necessary for the provision of services to you on the App.
By continuing to use the Chapter Training LMS platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and consent to the
processing of your personal data as described herein.

Withdrawal of Consent
You may at any time withdraw your consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal Data or Information by the Company, by addressing a written communication to this effect to the contact address of the Grievance Officer specified at the bottom of this page.
Please note that in the event you choose to withdraw your consent, the Company shall be entitled to not provide any or all of the services on the App to you.
Withdrawal of consent may result in the cancellation of your account and loss of access to platform features.

We are the recipient of all Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information and shall exercise reasonable endeavours for the prevention of unauthorised disclosure of such information provided by Users.
We may enable access to Users' information to Platform Entities, joint ventures, agents, or third parties for the purposes of the services provided by them, or for any other marketing-related activity undertaken by or on behalf of the Platform Entities and/or its joint ventures, and/or for the purposes of enhancing the quality of the services provided to you on the App.
Our commitment: We will ensure on a reasonable commercial efforts basis that any third parties and agents employed by us for the purposes of the App
are under an obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information provided by Users,
and to use it strictly for the purposes of the App only.

The Company cooperates with mandated government and law enforcement agencies, or to any third parties by an order under law for the time being
in force, to enforce and comply with the law.
